Kegel exercises

Kegel exercises are intended for PC-muscle strengthening, they significantly increase the tonus of the pelvic floor before birth and after. It relates to PC (pubococcygeus) muscle, known as the muscle of love as well. Particularly it relates to a set of few small muscles surrounding the urethra, vagina and rectum and supporting the organs of pelvic floor.

This set of exercises was introduced to the public 1948 by a gynaecologist Arnold Kegel. Pregnant woman very often learn about them from a midwife. These help to create a muscle support for the urinary bladder and urethra and so act preventive against incontinence.

If you will strengthen the PC-muscle  – it will help you to experience orgasm in accordance with your liking and deliver your partner during the intercourse a very intense pleasure.

The Yoni egg is an ideal tool for reinforcement of the pelvic floor muscles, an ideal tool for Kegel exercises. I can truly recommend it as a mother of two children! It is an ideal prevention against the incontinency or a solution for the already existing problem.
